What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each charter comes with a trained crew, necessary safety gear, fuel, and some simple refreshments. The specific offerings can vary based on the kind of service — for example, sunset trips come with premium non-alcoholic drinks and light bites, while business charters may include meeting facilities and corporate catering choices.
How much time ahead should I reserve?
Booking 2–3 weeks in advance is recommended, especially within the high season (May–September). For business gatherings and private functions, reserving 4–6 weeks beforehand provides better selection and enough time to tailor the experience.
What is the protocol if the weather is unfavorable?
Your safety is our greatest concern. Unfavorable weather conditions as assessed by our captain will result in an offer to reschedule to a new date or provide a complete refund. We keep a close watch on meteorological conditions and will get in touch with you if there's a chance of poor weather 24 hours prior to departure.
Is it permissible to bring my own refreshments and snacks?
Absolutely, feel free to bring your own edibles and beverages. We also provide excellent catering services and can tailor menus to your tastes. Note that for safety, glass containers are not allowed onboard.
Do your yachts cater to individuals with mobility challenges?
We aim to be inclusive for all our guests. Certain yachts are more equipped for accessibility than others. We ask that you reach out to us at the time of booking to address any specific requirements, and we will direct you to the best yacht and arrange appropriate amenities.
Could you outline your cancellation terms?
A full refund is issued for cancellations made 72 hours or more before the departure. For cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours prior, a 50% refund is provided. Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded except when due to unsafe weather or mechanical failures on our end.
